FEPwelding rod material performance:
1.Molten enhanced bonding, melt viscosity decreased, and there were no changes in performance compared with ptfe.This kind of resin can be directly processed into products using common thermoplastic molding method.
2. long-term use of FEP electrode temperature - 80-200 degrees, have excellent chemical corrosion resistance, for all chemical corrosion resistance, friction coefficient, the lowest in the plastic and good performance, the electric insulation is not affected by temperature, is regarded as "plastics king".Its resistance to chemicals and ptfe are similar, is better than partial fluorine ethylene.
3. the creep resistance and compression strength is better than teflon, high tensile strength, elongation of up to 100-300%.Good dielectric properties, resistance to radiation performance.Flame retardancy.
